Dreamforce is just around the corner, and this year we're even more excited! We're gearing up for four magical days of learning, networking, and innovation with our new family.

There is never a shortage of things to see and do at Dreamforce, so we thought we'd share the perfect Field Service agenda to get the most out of your days in San Francisco.

Day 1

Kick-off Tuesday morning at Moscone North for the opening keynote where Marc Benioff shares new product announcements and how businesses can be a platform for change. You'll also hear from an incredible lineup of Trailblazers who have brought innovation to their company and how they did it.

Then head over to the Campground in Moscone South, where it will be buzzing with keynote excitement. At the Service Campground, you'll get to do a deep dive with Field Service experts and also hear from other Trailblazers in our theater sessions.

Afterward, we recommend fueling up because the afternoon is going to be jam-packed with some exciting theaters and breakouts.

Once re-charged, take a short hike to the Marriott Marquis – this is your home for all things Field Service. The Marriott Marquis is just a short block away from the Dreamforce Campus. When you get there, make sure to check out our breakout sessions like Justifying ROI for a Field Service Solution with Nucleus and customer Trailblazers, and the Field Service Roadmap. End the day by letting loose at the Welcome Jamboree in Moscone South at the Campground. Come grab some bites and network with fellow Trailblazers to wrap up your first day of Dreamforce.

Day 2

We're starting off Day 2 in the Marriott Marquis with Modernize Your Field Service Operations to Deliver A Consistent Experience where we'll get to hear from two Trailblazers who have led the modernization of their field service operations at their organizations.

Sustainability is one of Salesforce's core values, so we're super excited for the How to Drive Sustainable Outcomes with Intelligent Field Service theater session in the Service Lodge.

Go grab some lunch, but don't stray too far! Make sure you make it back to the Marriott Marquis, Yerba Buena Salon 9 in time to find a seat for the Field Service Keynote at 1:30 PM. Come hear from Paolo Bergamo, SVP and GM of Field Service Lightning, on how to deliver mission-critical service to elevate the customer experience. Paolo will be joined by Mark Cattini, ClickSoftware CEO since early 2018, to discuss how the combined companies will deliver the #1 field service management solution. You'll also see the future of field service through the lens of two customer Trailblazers – Stratasys and Toast. They’ll walk us through how they're providing predictive, human-centric service while generating revenue in the field.

Make your way upstairs to the Field Service Station, where you can get hands-on with our intelligent resource scheduling and optimization capabilities and even try your hand at our Schedule Hero game. If you stay long enough, you can catch our networking session where you'll join an interactive conversation with one of our Field Service Trailblazers and learn how they changed the field service game for both their mobile workers and customers.

End the night at Dreamfest, Dreamforce's official party benefiting UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals. Past bands have included Metallica, U2, Bruno Mars, and Alicia Keys. This year, we're SO excited to welcome Fleetwood Mac. Come with an appetite for food and music!

Day 3

Once you've recovered from the night before, head on back to the Field Service Station at the Marriott Marquis and ease into your day with a fireside chat with Field Service Trailblazer, Toast.

Now that you know the Dreamforce Campus like the back of your hand, head over to Moscone North and join us for the Service Cloud Keynote. Come see how Trailblazers like Southwest, John Hancock, Pilot Flying J, and Bitty & Beau's Coffee are delivering Human-Centric Service that's taking CSAT to new heights.

Sneak in another theater session in the Service Lodge back at the Marriott Marquis to learn how schedule optimization drives business transformation in field service. There, you'll hear how to leverage optimization to automate the scheduling process for field service so dispatchers spend more time handling the complex questions.

Day 4

Round out the week with 3 ways to empower mobile workers in the field. With mobile workers being the face of your brand, learn how to equip them with the right tools to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Then head back into the Service Lodge to learn field service implementation best practices. Hear from Ericsson about its partnership with Asperii on their field service project and learn tips and tricks to help you prepare to deliver success for your business and customers.
