Jodi is a proven leader with over 25 years’ experience leading multi-national services organizations. Her passion has always been to ensure the success of customers. Before joining ClickSoftware, Jodi held senior-level positions managing Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and other functions at Unitrends, Avid Technology, and GTECH Corporation. Apart from Click, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Be Like Brit. Jodi holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Northeastern University.
