Tom Heiser, CEO of ClickSoftware, features in Field Service News 2017 influencer list
Field Service News, Europe’s leading business magazine dedicated to the field service industry, today announced its top 20 industry influencers in field service for 2017. Tom Heiser, CEO of ClickSoftware, the leading provider of field service management software, is featured on the annual list.
2017 marks the third year that the “Top 20 Field Service Industry Influencers” list has been published by Field Service News, a collection of influencers decided by a committee of industry experts. The influencer list celebrates individuals in field service who have been integral to industry improvement over the past year and who are expected to play a leading role in the industry’s future.
This is the first time that Heiser has been featured in the Field Service News list since beginning his tenure as CEO of ClickSoftware began in October 2015. Heiser has more than three decades of operational and executive technology leadership experience, and is a proven leader in implementing strategies focused on improving the overall customer experience.
