Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview

Analyze customer’s business requirements and process to develop process flow charts, advise on best practices and develop concepts to help re-engineer customer’s process. Translate customer business requirements into working solution using company’s software suite of products while developing tactical implementation plans and proposals to reach customer’s goal. Define KPIs for project and build measurement specifications; Configure software products; provide client with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer’s business objectives. Solution conceptualization, design, implementation, maintenance. Design scheduling application functionally, workflow, business rules using custom framework. Create tools and data collection plans to analyze and find redundant steps in process. Build workshop agenda and work with client project manager to ensure proper coverage. Develop custom components as extensions of product functionality. Work with project team to build content for workshop presentations, system demos and data analysis. Create training agenda, workshops. Occasional Domestic and International Business Travel required.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 5 years of experience as Technology Lead, QA Engineer, Technical Consultant or related technical field.

  • Experience with Production support infrastructure to advise on hardware requirements.

  • Experience coding in.NET applications to create custom components.

  • Experience in writing SQL and managing SQL Server and Oracle implementations in data layer of product.

  • Experience in workforce management systems.

  • Experience in analyzing and providing solutions with software delivery with Workforce domain over multiple industries such as service industry.

  • Experience in defining processes, drawing process flows using various tools to explain workflow.

  • Occasional Domestic and International Business Travel required.
