ClickMobile – World-Class Mobility
ClickMobile is a ClickSoftware application designed to enable service organizations to better manage and optimize utilization of their resources in the field. Field technicians can view service history, accept or reject job dispatches, send messages, capture signatures for proof of service, record work performed, capture data, perform inspections, scan barcodes for easy data entry, manage spare parts, print invoices, work with GIS data and materials. The solution also enables turn-by-turn directions to help service technicians arrive at jobs on time.
For the Dispatcher, ClickMobile provides a set of real-time monitoring tools which increases their ability to make informed decisions in real-time.
