ClickMobile running on Android – caught in the wild

For a while now there have been rumors about a new ClickMobile client that will support Android operating system. MobileFever received exclusive pictures that may prove those rumors to be right…

2010 started very well for Android based handsets with US sales surpassing Apple’s iPhone and recently even RIM’s BlackBerry.
As a result, many field service organizations are already considering the Google mobility OS which combines a modern look & feel together with strong infrastructural capabilities such as true multi-tasking, security, exchange support and more.

Back to ClickSoftware – the pictures were sent to us anonymously and they clearly show some kind of an unknown ClickMobile version running on a Nexus One smartphone.

We have not received any confirmation about the pictures from ClickSoftware (although some people indicated that the finger in the picture looks familiar…), but analyzing the recent success of ClickMobile in different verticals all over the world, it is reasonable to believe Android is part of ClickSoftware’s aggressive mobile strategy…

Stay tuned with more updates about it shortly…
