2017 marks the “Top 20 Field Service Industry Influencers” list’s third year, a list that is decided by a committee of industry experts. The list celebrates individuals who have been improving the field service industry in the past year, and are expected to continue to do so in the future.

This is the first year that Tom was featured on the list since joining ClickSoftware in 2015. It is great to see him already being recognized as a leader in the field service industry. Tom has over three decades of operational and executive technology leadership experience, and is proven leader in implementing strategies and tactics focused on improving the overall customer experience.

During his tenure at ClickSoftware, Tom has led many organizational changes, as well as rapid growth and innovation, including the launch of Click Field Service Edge—our cloud-first solution for field service organizations.

Commenting on his inclusion in the top 20 influencer list, Heiser said: “It’s great to have been recognized as a key industry influencer.
