Sal has experience working in several high-tech and service-oriented companies, where he led efforts to grow and transform each one on an international scale. He has proven leadership in spurring and sustaining growth, enhancing delivery performance and responsibility for all aspects of global service businesses. Before joining ClickSoftware, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Services at Diebold, a Click customer. Prior to that, he served as SVP of Global Support Services at GXS, a former Francisco Partners held cloud-based company. He has also held leadership roles at Fujitsu, Oracle, and Avaya. Sal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Al-Mustansiryah University, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science at City University of New York.
