ClickSchedule is specifically designed for the field service industry. It enables service managers to define how each of the key performance metrics in the service operation-SLA compliance, overtime, travel time, etc.-is considered in the scheduling process and then automatically builds schedules in such a way as to optimize performance around these metrics.
The application starts with resource capacity and/or shift plans, which can come from ClickSoftware's ClickPlan and ClickRoster products, and has the capacity to continually optimize the schedule throughout the day to ensure that all jobs and engineers are optimally matched, even with changing specific service demands during the day.
ClickSchedule fully integrates with ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite, taking resource capacity and shift plans from ClickPlan and ClickRoster and feeding schedule information to ClickMobile and ClickAnalyze.
