Stay on Course

Without a good compass, even the most experienced mariner would be lost in the ocean. Similarly, service organizations without the necessary tools to help guide business decisions, run the risk of being set off course in their pursuits of high service levels at low costs.

ClickAnalyze Insight is designed to help service managers keep their organizations on course. The application gathers and presents operational performance and key performance indicator (KPI) data produced from ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule application.

Dashboard views of the organization's KPIs enable managers to track performance and identify existing or potential problems before they get out of control. More than that, ClickAnalyze Insight helps service organizations investigate and identify the causes of those problems. By enabling service managers to drill down through various performance levels and groups - territories, products, engineers, and customers - managers are able to pinpoint bottlenecks in the system.

ClickAnalyze Insight also provides a historical view of service organization performance that can be used to identify trends, good and bad, that can affect future planning.

ClickAnalyze Insight fully integrates with ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite, taking operational data from ClickSchedule and feeding relevant historical information into ClickForecast for use in demand forecasting.
