- Create Solution Description documents
- Discuss and create ClickSoftware solutions
- Work with ClickSoftware personnel in the sales process
- Work with ClickSchedule client and administrator for Solution Demonstration purposes

- ClickSchedule - User client, basic architecture and administrative tools
- Demonstrating and experiencing ClickSchedule
- Writing the Solution Description document
