- Explain the scheduling problem and the benefits of using ClickSchedule in order to solve it
- Configure the user environment
- Configure the ClickSchedule environment (e.g. agents, logic components, status transition)
- Configure the integration between ClickSchedule and external systems (CRM, ERP)
