A range of different support packages are available to customers depending on the complexity of their ClickSoftware implementation and individual business requirements.

ClickSoftware Worldwide Support is part of the ClickSoftware Professional Services group. The Global Support Center is situated in Tel Aviv, Israel (GMT +2), adjacent to the ClickSoftware R&D center. Additional teams are situated across the globe in Melbourne, Australia, UK and Boston, USA. Worldwide Support employs a “follow the sun” model to provide continuous support services 24x7.
ClickSoftware Worldwide Support provides support services to three main groups belonging to the ClickSoftware eco-system:

  • Customers : Companies that have completed their implementation projects and are operational with ClickSoftware products. These Customers have an active Support Agreement.
  • Implementation Partners : Alliance companies that are implementing or reselling ClickSoftware products, or otherwise engaged with ClickSoftware and have an active Support Agreement.
  • Internal Professional Services personnel : ClickSoftware internal personnel who work on implementing new projects, or upgrading existing ones.

From an operational customer’s point of view, ClickSoftware Worldwide Support is the natural next step in its new IT project life cycle. The Support team becomes the main contact point for all technical questions or issues regarding the daily use of the ClickSoftware products.
