A variety of courses are also available in class room format for those participants that prefer to attend training sessions led by a trainer.

Simply pick the course that best meets the needs of your particular role or area of responsibility.

Note that the ClickSchedule Technical Product Training course (201) or ClickMobile Technical Product Training course (207) is recommended before taking ClickMobile for Developers (227), Testing ServiceOptimization Implementations (401) and Supporting ServiceOptimization Implementations (801). Both courses 201 and 207 are available in eLearning format.
