Channel Partner Solutions Overview
ClickSoftware has packaged elements of its ServiceOptimization Suite to support the needs of midmarket service operations with all the tools needed to enable partner sales, implementation and support. ClickSoftware for Installation, Maintenance and Support Services (ClickIMRS) is that packaged solution, and includes the following elements:
- ClickSchedule – ClickSoftware’s flagship product providing for dynamic, interactive scheduling with the proven optimization facilities ClickSoftware is well known for. Alerting, Appointment Booking, Automatic Dispatch, Interactive Maps... and much more are included
- ClickAnalyze Reporting – Reporting features available on demand to allow service operation managers to quickly and easily dive into the business metrics to improve business insight
- ClickSoftware’s Work Order Management Module (WOMM) – A Software Development Kit that allows any service operation that does not have a host system to work standalone, collecting customer details and having dynamic interactive scheduling available while working with a customer
- ClickMobile – Laptop, PDA, and Web enabled phone versions are provided as a option to improve connectivity to the field and further increase operational benefits
- Adapters – ClickIMRS includes adapters to Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM & ERP solutions to further ease deployment. Additionally, a wide range of adapters are available to support ERP, CRM, EAM and EAI applications as well as ClickSoftware’s built in Integration Manager, allowing for XML and Web Services bi-directional integrations
- Centralized Administration – Administrative interfaces providing centralized control of the applications, user access, as well as deployment tools to streamline implementation, maximizing effectiveness while minimizing risk
ClickSoftware Partners create differentiated, valued-added solutions for the Workforce Management marketplace. The ClickIMRS product can be incorporated into a broader Partner offering, deployed in a standalone mode, as well as integrated with existing or future customer systems.
