The business field Logistics focuses on software products and components for the entire logistics chain. The product portfolio ranges from structural analysis and trip planning to fleet management and controlling. Software products for professional route planning in transport business are developed for and sold to customers throughout Europe under the brand name map&guide. Geomanagement systems for sales management and sales force control complement the extensive range of logistics solutions. PTV eServers and digital map data for realistic sales call scheduling are integrated into the ClickSchedule applications, allowing the user to geocode address or order data and to calculate distances on road networks. - The PTV eLocate Server module for radius and proximity search, the PTV eMap Server for map displays and the PTV eRoute Server for route calculations are completely integrated into the application on the basis of standard web interfaces (SOA, XML). Users benefit from high-performances and reliable systems.
