The Partner Program enables partners to successfully sell and deliver ClickSoftware products to increase customer satisfaction and drive service excellence with our joint clients. The program offers a variety of benefits designed to promote and encourage the development of partners’ expertise, facilitate the growth of their business, and maximize their profitability.
ClickSoftware’s Partner Program is geared to partners who wish to implement and\or sell solutions for Enterprise and\or Mid-Market customers (defined as companies with less than 250 field resources). Partners may focus on one of the following engagement models:
- System Integrators (SIs) provide domain expertise around implementation of ClickSoftware’s solutions so customers can maximize their value from the purchased products. The program provides SIs with a competitive advantage by building expertise and generating referenceable customers.
- Value Added Resellers (VARs) provide a one-stop shop for ClickSoftware’s customers, from pre-sales through implementation and support. The VAR program is designed to quickly ramp up Partner’s sales and technical teams by providing full access to ClickSoftware’s sales and delivery methodology, expert advice, and more, according to their respective partnership levels.
- OEM & Technology Partners offer technological synergy between their products (hardware or software) and ClickSoftware’s, to add far greater value to service companies. The program offers such partners access to tools and expertise required to build, market and sell the integrated solution, whether as an OEM or an integration solution.
Three Program Levels
ClickSoftware offers three program levels for solution partners. Partners can increase their level of participation while increasing benefits and advantages at each level.
