Fisher & Paykel Appliances Delivers Service Optimization
ClickSoftware (NasdaqSC: CKSW) has completed the implementation of its optimized scheduling and dispatch system at the Australian customer service operation of Fisher & Paykel Appliances. The successful implementation of the system has enabled them to increase the number of daily service calls completed by their technicians as well as improving response times and customer satisfaction levels. The company’s customer service operation in metropolitan Australia is provided by franchised representatives. ClickSoftware Announces Preliminary Results for First Quarter of 2004
ClickSoftware Technologies, Ltd., (NasdaqSC: CKSW) today announced preliminary results for the first quarter of 2004. The Company expects revenues to be approximately $4.8 to $5.0 million, compared to the projected range of $6.0 to $6.6 million. Based on preliminary estimates of operating costs, the shortfall in revenues will result in a net loss of approximately $100,000 or approximately breakeven for the first quarter.
