ClickSoftware Successfully Deploys Service Optimization Solution at Bosch Communication Center
ClickSoftware (Nasdaq: CKSW) announced today that Bosch Communication Center is using ClickSchedule in its contact center for the scheduling of field service resources. Bosch Communication Center provides contact center services for Bosch Thermotechnik, the world’s largest manufacturer of gas water heaters, handling customer service requests for work by their field workforce.

Central Hudson Gas and Electric Selects ClickSoftware for Optimized Scheduling Solution
ClickSoftware (NASDAQ: CKSW) today announced the licensing of its ClickSchedule software solution to Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation. ClickSchedule is licensed as a component of Axiom Corporation’s Mobile Workforce Management Solution, Mobility. Axiom Corporation, ClickSoftware’s Reseller in the Utility Vertical, will be providing the necessary services for implementation, system integration and on-going product support for the Central Hudson Mobile Solution.

ClickSoftware Announces New Customer Win with Hewlett-Packard
ClickSoftware Technologies, Ltd. (Nasdaq:CKSW) announced today that it signed an agreement with Hewlett-Packard Corporation (NYSE:HPQ) that is expected to provide ClickSoftware's service optimization solutions to several thousand Hewlett-Packard field resources. The company expects to recognize license revenues from its Hewlett-Packard deal in the second (current) and third quarters of 2003.

ClickSoftware to continue to be listed on NASDAQ SmallCap Market pending filing of periodic reports
ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CKSWE) announced today that it received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. that following its oral hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel, the Panel determined to continue the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market pursuant to a temporary exception from the requirements of NASD Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14), which requires that Nasdaq issuers timely file their periodic reports in compliance with the reporting obligations under the federal securities laws. While the Company failed to meet this requirement as of November 14, 2002 when it did not file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2002, the Company was granted a temporary exception from this requirement.
