Resource Management for Crew Leaders
The Resource Management for Crew Leaders App provides all of the tools needed for managing the activities and staffing needs of personnel working in one or more teams or crews. Resources are easily brought from one crew to another as your company’s policy and work flows allow.
If a crew leader needs to assign a resource to a vehicle, it is just a few clicks to see the available vehicles and make the selection, which is recorded for performance reporting and fleet management analysis. If a resource becomes ill during the day, then the crew leader has the ability and information necessary to make an absence request, block off the employee’s availability, and quickly respond to the impact on assigned work.
As resource information changes to reflect new skills gained through field work, changes in their efficiencies, or a temporary ‘home base’ location; crew leaders don’t have to wait until they get back to the office to transcribe their notes. Hastily-written reminders become unnecessary as action is taken in the field when things happen, based upon the latest and most accurate information about crew members.
