    ClickSoftware established a Customer Advisory Board in order to gain valuable information from companies that are currently using ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite. The Customer Advisory Board is a valuable forum that ClickSoftware uses to ensure that our solutions are positioned to satisfy clients' long-term needs. The Customer Advisory Board, made up of a wide variety of industry-leading clients, meets two times annually. During CAB meetings, ClickSoftware's executive team is able to use "real world" customer experiences to gain invaluable insight for shaping ClickSoftware's future product direction. Additionally, advisory board members are able to benefit from networking with other companies that use ClickSoftware solutions.

    From product specific presentations and technical demonstrations to user stories and 'hot' topics of the day, our webinar series (built around the input from our Customer Advisory Board) provides our customers the opportunity to hear from ClickSoftware experts without having to travel or even leave their desk.
