We are delighted to announce the Keynote speaker for ClickConnect Europe 2010:
Manuel Rosa de Silva, Executive Member of the Board of Portugal Telecom (P.T) will discuss how P.T are leveraging ClickSoftware's ServiceOptimization Suite to execute on their ambitious business plans.
Manuel Rosa da Silva, aged 42, is an Executive Member of the Board of PT SGPS, S.A, he joined Portugal Telecom in 2000 as CFO of PTM.Com:
- 2001 to 2002 was Investor Relations Manager at PT SGPS
- 2002 to 2003 Corporate Finance Manager at PT SGPS
- 2004 to 2006 Member of the Board of Directors of PT Comunicações
- 2006 to 2007 Member of the Board of Directors of PT Multimedia.
Prior to joining PT, Manuel Rosa da Silva was Vice-President of Merill Lynch London, Merger and Acquisitions Manager of Morgan Grenfell London, Investment Banking Associate Manager of SG Warburg London and Consultant in KPMG Consulting London.
Manuel Rosa da Silva also has a degree in "System Engineering" from Instituto Superior Técnico.
