Both existing ClickSoftware customers and non-customers.

We appreciate that you are all taking time out from your busy schedules, and for some, travelling significant distances to join us for ClickConnect APAC 2010.

To ensure you get the most value from your attendance at ClickConnect APAC 2010, we would like to invite you to join us for a Pre-Conference Workshop Day on Monday 12th July, starting at 2pm and concluding ahead of the main ClickConnect Welcome reception, at 2 pm on Tuesday 13th July. There is no fee applicable and lunch will be served on both days.

Since the early 1990’s, more than 150 service businesses have transformed their service delivery by optimising the process and decisions that guide their service workforces each day. While they strive for success, they and ClickSoftware have often learnt more from the difficulties that can endanger any deployment’s success – for a (or ‘the’) mission-critical backbone of their service decision-making.

During this workshop, Mike Karlskind, Senior Business Analyst and ClickSoftware veteran of 15 years, will ‘pull away the covers’ to share seven of the greatest obstacles that companies have faced when moving from traditional service planning and execution into optimised workforce management. More critically, Mike will share the strategies that have worked most successfully for actual clients – whose success is proven.

This workshop reflects the collective experience of ClickSoftware clients, and those that have been ‘in the trenches’ with them. Participants in this interactive workshop will learn, discuss, practice, and prepare to apply the strategies in their own operations and deployments, including:

  • Defining a clear and aligned service scheduling policy
  • Measuring and benchmarking service planning and execution
  • Achieving greater levels of automatic scheduling and scheduler acceptance
  • Planning beyond the current deployment

This workshop combines lessons from renowned ClickSoftware University courses by Professor Moshe BenBassat, inventor of the concept of service chain optimisation, and the experiences of service leaders throughout the world.

So, make the most of your time at ClickConnect and join our workshop session today.
