As a key stakeholder in the Professional Services Business Development team, you will combine your strategic and technical skill sets to analyze data, identify trends, provide scenarios and presenting insights to the sales and marketing teams. You will be a self-starter with a natural aptitude for data analysis and visualization.
Under the direction of VP of Business Development within Services, the Analyst will hold responsibility for the collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting of various facets primarily in the areas of performance within the Services Sales remit. Reporting and analysis may include information from a variety of sources including sales history, industry data, and market research data. The ideal candidate is focused both on attention to detail, an ability to translate information into insights.

Build models to analyze bookings, pipeline trends, productivity, and performance to proactively analyze data to uncover insights that increase business value and impact.
Work with Sales and Marketing to identify Services pipeline opportunities, and work with Business Development and PS Regional Directors to nurture these leads.
Measure impact of and be able to clearly communicate findings of various marketing campaigns including financial ROI, impact on the business, and identification of barriers to further success as well as additional opportunities.
Leverage business understanding to assist in the development and tracking of various metrics and programs across the organization for both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of using data analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems and clearly articulate findings from regular reporting as well as ad hoc projects
Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle.
Ability to effectively use data and analysis to tell a story.
Troubleshoot data collection issues and manage data collection issue resolutions. Perform ad hoc analyses as assigned.
Takes initiative to improve quality of decision-making within the team by restructuring analyses utilizing new techniques or other means.
Expert of building automated reports in Excel and experience with reporting from and within CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo preferred)

Strong Team Player, excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
Demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing and online analytics measures, terminology, and benchmarks

Advanced PC and data management skills including a high level of proficiency with MS Office software.

Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Sales Ops, Marketing or related Business Field
