    • Administration: Sales & Professional Services Administrator (Burlington, MA)

      The Administrator plays a pivotal role in the success of regional Sales and Professional Services (PS) by assisting the operations with administrative support.  This position requires a highly motivated and experienced sales administrator with a strong aptitude to quickly learn new techniques and processes outside their core domain experience. With regards to Sales Administration, most effort is likely to be in ensuring the ongoing renewal of customers Maintenance and Support.  It will require familiarity with Salesforce as CRM, and strong ability to partner with our Finance team. This role may also require administration of RFP/RFI and general tender responses.  Other activities may include but are not limited to ownership of information dissemination and collection for a range of documents (contracts, internal sales approval processes for example), assistance with data entry/validation in the company’s CRM application (Salesforece.com), assistance to sales with emailing, managing calendars or other general communication activities with customers and prospects. For Professional Services, this individual will be the primary provider of administrative support for the territories’ Project Managers.  Such support includes timesheet management and entry, project budget management support, preparation for customer T&M invoicing and Salesforce support within the Kimble application. This is a multi-faceted role requiring extensive interaction with other departments across the organization as well as superb relationship building skills within the customers departments as necessary.  The Sales & PS Administrator will report directly into the Territory HR Director with strong matrix management by the SVP Sales and SVP Professional Services.

      The ISS’s primary responsibility is to drive net new software licence revenue in the assigned territory and develop a pipeline and foundation for future growth. Sales are to be conducted predominantly over the phone and internet, with minimal if any actual face to face engagement.  The ISS will target direct new business as well as sales with SI/ISV partners within defined territories and industry verticals..
