      The Americas Regional Alliance Manager is a critical and high profile role essential to the success of ClickSoftware’s partnerships in North America. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing and maintaining a profitable partnership with enterprise software vendors.  Working closely with all of ClickSoftware’s departments, the individual will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of partners within North America – including industry, territory and go to market execution. This person will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy for North America.

      As a key member of the Regional Management team, the Senior Director of Finance will report to the CFO and assume a strategic role in helping manage the growth and development of ClickSoftware’s Americas Region. The Senior Director will oversee the effective planning, and management of all financial-related activities for the region. This will include oversight of Accounting, and Financial Planning and Analysis. This individual will play an active role in strategy, contract negotiations, pricing and dispute resolution.       The ISS’s primary responsibility is to drive net new software licence revenue in the assigned territory and develop a pipeline and foundation for future growth. Sales are to be conducted predominantly over the phone and internet, with minimal if any actual face to face engagement.  The ISS will target direct new business as well as sales with SI/ISV partners within defined territories and industry verticals..
