This role requires an individual with a proven track record of developing and maintaining a profitable partnership with enterprise software vendors.  Working closely with all of ClickSoftware’s departments, the individual will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of partners within North America – including industry, territory and go to market execution.       The Program Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Professional Services team within a defined region.  The position has ultimate responsibility for all implementations within the region, as well as management of all Project Managers and Technical Staff that are dedicated to the Implementations.  The Program Director has a dual role in driving a high level of customer satisfaction on implementations while ensuring efficient use of ClickSoftware resources.   The Program Director will have responsibility for the entire implementation process from the sale through successfully meeting the customer’s agreed upon criteria for success.  This will involve working closely with the sales organization to ensure that proper expectations are set with the customer, along with an appropriate level of professional services sold.  The Program Director will also ensure the proper skill sets, tools, and processes are utilized to ensure high quality implementations while optimizing ClickSoftware resources.

      The ISS’s primary responsibility is to drive net new software licence revenue in the assigned territory and develop a pipeline and foundation for future growth. Sales are to be conducted predominantly over the phone and internet, with minimal if any actual face to face engagement.  The ISS will target direct new business as well as sales with SI/ISV partners within defined territories and industry verticals.. The ISS will define and execute their territory strategy in cooperation with territory sales leadership, so to be aligned with the corporate goals.  Over the phone selling requires excellent relationship skills, creativity and perserverence, and this must be demonstrated on a situational and strategic basis.  The ISS will report to the regional VP of Sales but work closely with the ISS team leader, outside of the territory, in a matrix capacity.
