      The ISS’s primary responsibility is to drive net new software licence revenue in the assigned territory and develop a pipeline and foundation for future growth. Sales are to be conducted predominantly over the phone and internet, with minimal if any actual face to face engagement.  The ISS will target direct new business as well as sales with SI/ISV partners within defined territories and industry verticals.. The ISS will define and execute their territory strategy in cooperation with territory sales leadership, so to be aligned with the corporate goals.  Over the phone selling requires excellent relationship skills, creativity and perserverence, and this must be demonstrated on a situational and strategic basis.  The ISS will report to the regional VP of Sales but work closely with the ISS team leader, outside of the territory, in a matrix capacity.

      The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to drive revenue in assigned Oil & Gas industry accounts and help ensure Client retention.  He/She must be a goal oriented self-starter with strong relationship skills.       We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to drive revenue growth for the Xora product line. The primary focus of this position is closing new business and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for sales quota attainment through the development and closure of leads as well as up-selling existing customers in your assigned territory. You will aggressively follow-up on all leads generated by our marketing and channel programs. You will also initiate cold calling into lead lists to uncover new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work with carrier representatives to close deals from leads they have registered.  This position builds relationships with key decision makers and acts as a customer’s guide using product knowledge to generate solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. Pre-call duties include using automated sales tools to perform research into customers’ businesses and account information in order to develop appropriate selling and pricing strategies.  In this role, you will gain experience interacting with prospects of all levels, in a variety of industries, and across a broad geographical area while being rewarded with a base salary and variable compensation plan (with no caps).
