    • Alliances: Vice President of Alliances

      The Vice President of Alliances will drive the expansion and growth of our global partner organization, provide leadership for a collaborative, high-performing alliances organization, and empower and motivate while pairing business and revenue objectives with growth initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales, this individual will work in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leaders to develop and implement win-win partner programs, sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Specifically, VP of Alliances will identify and develop partnerships and strategic alliances which are optimized for exceptional revenue growth across ClickSoftware’s product suite.

    • Finance: Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis (Burlington, MA)

      The Vice President, FP&A, will oversee the Company’s financial planning and analysis function, support the business on all aspects (P&L and sales related) and will collaborate with the CFO in leading the annual planning cadence.  Reporting to the CFO, the position requires working in close collaboration with the executive leadership team on multiple initiatives to drive growth and performance improvement and is responsible to ensure accurate, timely and insightful reporting of the Company’s financial results. In addition, the VP and his/her team will actively provide all aspects of business finance support to deals pipeline development, qualification and closing processes.  The VP of FP&A will be an exceptional leader with a proven track record of successfully working across all functions and geographies to support business growth, deliver insight and visibility and direct strong operational discipline. This individual will have experience in a cloud software and SaaS and exhibit deep knowledge of related FP&A and revenue recognition.

      ClickSoftware seeks to hire a General Counsel who will be responsible for managing the Company’s legal department. He or she will serve as a business-oriented, senior legal advisor, counselling on issues of overarching importance to the Company and assisting in setting and implementing the Company’s overall strategic direction. The General Counsel will manage the legal department staff and also focus on day-to-day company operations including all transactions (On-Premise, Cloud, end-users and channels), compliance and regulatory matters, corporate governance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, privacy matters, employment law, general litigation and dispute resolution. Reporting to the CFO, this candidate will serve as the principal legal advisor to the CEO and the Company’s senior management team as well as a principal legal advisor to the Board of Directors on all legal matters.
