Recognizing the unique characteristics of enterprise mobility, we built our mobility solution around Starter Packages for Mobile Workers, which include a rich variety of interconnected business apps that share context and run streamlined workflows. These are fully integrated with organizational back-office systems and business-grade mobility infrastructures.

The Mobile Worker Starter Package contains a subset of integrated apps designed to cover the basic common needs of all mobile workers, such as clock-in and clock-out functionality, daily scheduling, navigation help, job notes, and more.

These are much like the introductory apps one has when opening the box of a new mobile device. You can place additional apps on top of the Starter Package to serve specific organizational needs, and these can be dragged and dropped straight from the ClickAppStore, or developed to meet specific requirements.

We have additional verticalized starter packages that can be further tailored to suit very specific needs such as:

Field Service Starter Package – which includes Schedule, Timesheets, MyView, Performance, and MyShift apps.

– FieldSales Starter Package – designed to serve the needs of a traveling “door–to-door” sales person.

– Executive Dashboard Starter – Package provides real time updates to a travelling executive on key performance indicators of the business, such as number of jobs completed, utilization, travel time/miles, customer service score, crisis emerging alerts, and more.

At the front-end, the apps can be delivered as native apps, as HTML5 web apps, or in a hybrid native-plus-web mode, even allowing the same user to run the app on several different devices – for example, utility engineers using in-vehicle laptops and smartphones at the work site. Therefore, ClickApps are device agnostic – making them suitable for all organizations, including those that embrace a “bring your own device” (BYOD) policy for the workforce.

I encourage you to watch the video and let us know your thoughts on enterprise apps.
