Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Following a long and successful academic career with positions at USC, Tel Aviv University and UCLA, Professor BenBassat established himself as one of the world's leaders in the area of optimization and decision support software for a wide variety of applications. His research work was supported by DARPA (the U.S.’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency); NIH (National Institute of Health); Ballistic Missile Defense Agency (via TRW); ARI (U.S. Army Research Institute); NASA; and NSF (National Science Foundation). Professor BenBassat has published extensively in leading professional journals, led many executive training workshops, and has spoken at numerous industry events worldwide. In 1996 Professor BenBassat coined the term "service chain optimization" - as an analogy to supply chain optimization - and is considered the "guru" in this field. ClickSoftware, which emerged in 1997 from the consulting practice of Prof. BenBassat, is focused on delivering software solutions for optimizing the entire service management chain. These include software products for service scheduling, equipment troubleshooting and repair support, resource and capacity optimization, analytics, and demand forecasting. Today ClickSoftware is the worldwide recognized leader in service chain optimization, with the largest number of proven deployed customers.
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Shmuel joined ClickSoftware in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his current position at ClickSoftware, Shmuel served as the Chief Financial Officer at Shrem, Fudim, Kelner Technologies Ltd., a leading investment house in Israel. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TCNO), a leading provider of software e-manufacturing solutions. Between 1990 and 1999, Shmuel served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ADC Israel Ltd. (previously Teledata Communications Ltd.). Teledata Communications, a telecomm equipment provider, was acquired by ADC Telecom Inc., a multibillion-dollar company, in 1998. Shmuel holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
President, EMEA and APAC
Zvi brings passion and energy to the dynamic global sales environment. As President of EMEA and APAC, he brings together a deep knowledge of the customers’ business with an earnest enthusiasm that has enabled him to lead and motivate a growing global team that has significantly increased revenues year-over-year. Prior to his present position, Zvi served as VP of Sales Asia Pacific & Africa. Prior to that, he served as Director of Asia Pacific Operations as well as Director of Product Marketing. Before joining ClickSoftware, Zvi held various positions with software companies both on the operational side, as well as on the sales and marketing side. Zvi holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel and an M.B.A. from Fordham University, New York.
Stephen has been with ClickSoftware for 9 years, serving as Senior VP of Sales in Americas since 2010. Prior to moving to the United States, Stephen held various positions in our sales organization, serving as VP of Sales in EMEA and as the Director of Sales in West Region, EMEA. In his career at ClickSoftware, Stephen has led teams through significant growth of customers, employees and revenue. Having started his career teaching Networking and DataComms to post-grad students, Stephen combines deep technical expertise to his vast sales skills and strong leadership style. He graduated Harvard Business School Executive Education – General Manager Program, in 2013.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
From December 2004, Ateret served as Director of PS Asia Pacific. Prior to that, she served in the roles of Project Manager in the PS group and QA Manager in the R&D group. Ateret holds a B.A. in Law and Economics and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Yoni Tsrouya has been working for ClickSoftware for over 19 years. Yoni began his distinguished career at ClickSoftware in various technical and management roles in both R&D Development and QA. He spent the last 15 years in Professional Services building a successful group of teams that work together in unification around the world. Previous to his recent appointment, Yoni held the role of VP of Corporate Services where he strategically assembled strong offshore capabilities for the company. He graduated with a BA in Computer Science and Economics and holds a MBA specializing in Information Systems, both from the Tel Aviv University.
Senior Vice President, Product Strategy
Israel Beniaminy has led ClickSoftware’s EBO team since 2005, after serving as VP of Product Strategy since 1998. From 1986 until he 1998, he served in various technological positions in ClickSoftware, including R&D Manager and Technology Director. Israel was also responsible for creating ClickSoftware's Quality Procedures and achieving ClickSoftware's ISO-9001 certification. Prior to 1986, he participated in or led R&D efforts in academy and defense. Israel has a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel.
Vice President, Products and Solutions
Sassi brings a strong combination of technical and business expertise to the world of service optimization, which is based on years of field experience. He established the ClickSoftware Solution Center to better serve customers by solving real-world business and technical challenges. The Solution Center addresses various aspects of field service businesses – from integration to mobility, resource scheduling and shift optimization, and is an integral part of ClickSoftware’s innovation strategy. Prior to his present position, Sassi served as a Solution Architect and Technical Manager, successfully delivering projects of all sizes to customers in the US, Australia and Europe. Before joining ClickSoftware, Sassi held various technical positions in IBM and several startups.
Vice President, Research & Development
Danny was appointed to his current position in February 2007. He has been part of ClickSoftware since 1991, having held several software development management positions. Danny has managed the Engineering Department since 2001 and became Director of Engineering in 2005. Prior to that, he served as a Chief Architect in that department. Danny holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Vice President, Global Marketing
Efrat brings a strong technical and marketing expertise to her position as Vice President of Global Marketing. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the marketing team to attract customers and help them smartly manage their growing business with ClickSoftware. Efrat’s strength is her ability to foster an atmosphere of creativity and energy in marketing, and create a dynamic, fun, customer-oriented team. She brings a global perspective, having lived and worked on three (and counting) different continents. Previous to ClickSoftware, Efrat worked at Sophos, an IT security company, and Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks, a 3D CAD software company. Efrat holds a B.S. in Industrial and Software Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Vice President, Product Marketing
Mike Karlskind has over 15 years of experience streamlining processes and optimizing decisions for service organizations in a wide variety of industries including computer services, utilities, telecommunications, capital equipment, home services, retail services, insurance, and medical equipment. This includes recommending and implementing streamlined processes, service policies, user roles, programs for change implementation, training courses, and defining user roles for greater productivity.
Vice President, Human Resources
Hagit joined ClickSoftware in 2005 as Director of Global Human Resources and was promoted to VP HR in January 2008. Over her career, she has held various HR positions in several startup companies. Prior to joining ClickSoftware, Hagit was Director of HR in Israel Seed Partners, a venture capital firm. She also served as a career consultant and an organizational consultant with leading Israeli companies. Hagit is a graduate of Hebrew University with a Bachelor of Psychology, and of Haifa University with an MA in Occupational Psychology.
Global Vice President, Alliances
As Global VP of Alliances, Bill and his team handle the most important partners that ClickSoftware goes to Market with, a venerable list that includes SAP, IBM, Accenture and Salesforce.com. Bill has over 15 years of experience in the Mobile Field Service Management Industry and comes to ClickSoftware most recently from TOA Technologies, where he was the Vice President of US Enterprise Sales. Prior to that Bill was the Executive Vice President of Sales for Syclo Mobile prior to and through the acquisition by SAP. Bill has also held key positions as the US Director of Sales for IBM’s Maximo group and the Central Region Director of Sales for Clarify (now part of Amdocs). Bill has a BA in Liberal Arts from Lake Forest College, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the JL Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
VP of Cloud Services
Udi Keidar, VP of Cloud Services, is responsible for ClickSoftware Cloud Strategy & Operation, leading ClickSoftware’s growth as a cloud company. With almost 25 years of experience in the Hi-Tech and Telecommunication industries, Udi has held managerial positions for the last 15 years with Global Tier-1 Telecom providers and large enterprises. Udi comes to ClickSoftware from Amdocs where in his last position he acted as the VP in the GSS division responsible for all GSS customers in EMEA, overseeing all Managed Service activities. Prior to this, Udi was the VP of Operations at eglue Business Technologies Ltd. where he managed the overall direction and guidance of the operational activities. Udi holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics both from the Tel Aviv University., Israel.
