Professional Services:Support Engineer
The Worldwide Support group is responsible for the ongoing technical status of ClickSoftware’s customers. As a member of the Worldwide Support group, the Support Engineer will be responsible to fast resolution with high quality of any technical issue raised by customers. The job combines challenges of highly technical nature on one hand, and customer and partner interaction on the other hand. With time, the Support Engineer will be personally responsible for the technical status of a group of customers. The job requires the ability to work effectively on many multiple tasks (occasionally at high stress) and to have very good knowledge of ClickSoftware’s products and associated infrastructural technologies.
Professional Services: Technical Consultant
As a member of the ClickSoftware Professional Services Group, the Technical Consultant is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and customer relationship skills to successfully implement ClickSoftware’s product offerings. The Technical Consultant will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. Reporting to an EMEA Portfolio Project Manager within Professional Services – located in the UK, the Technical Consultant will be responsible for completing tasks on one or more concurrent projects and reporting status to the assigned Project Manager.
Marketing Specialist - Europe
In this position, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, executing and maximizing on-line and off-line demand generation activities throughout West Region (UK, France, BeNeLux, Scandinavia, Spain). This role will involve planning and implementing all regional events including trade shows, executive summits, user conferences and seminars. You will be responsible for initiating and executing regional demand generation activity including email campaigns, web seminars and other demand generation events. You will execute identified marketing activities across West Region; these projects will have a sales, marketing and channel focus. Additionally, you will act as the hub of communication internally, working closely with Alliances and sales to enable the successful marketing of ClickSoftware products and brand. You may also have global responsibility for specific marketing items such as newsletters, graphics, intranet and the website.
