Marketing: Channel Marketing Manager - Americas (Burlington, MA)
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing co-marketing relationships and strategic partnerships to drive new revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition through ClickSoftware’s Partner Ecosystem. Working closely with ClickSoftware’s Marketing team, Business Development team and other business units, this individual will be involved in evaluating partnerships at the onset, create marketing plans which they will then execute, support, measure and optimize to build a strong partner sales pipeline for the America’s region.
Marketing: Inside Sales Specialist (Burlington, MA)
The general purpose of the Inside Sales Specialist is to maintain a sufficient pipeline in order for the Account Executives to obtain their sales numbers. They will be responsible to follow up and qualify in a timely manner all leads that are generated by Marketing. In addition, this individual will be responsible for identifying target market accounts and entering them into salesforce.com.
Professional Services: Business Analyst (Orange, CA)
As a member of the ClickSoftware Professional Services group, the Business Analyst is a key role in the implementation of ClickSoftware’s solutions within the region and reports to the Project Portfolio Manager. This Business Analyst role will be an onsite resource with a client in the Irwindale, CA area but will also work out of an office in Costa Mesa.

In cooperation with the regional VP of sales, the Account Executive will define the territory strategy and be empowered to execute it. Worldwide Support: Support Engineer (Burlington, MA)
The Worldwide Support group is responsible for the ongoing technical status of ClickSoftware’s customers. As a member of the Worldwide Support group, the Support Engineer is responsible for fast resolution with high quality of any technical issue raised by customers. The job combines challenges of a highly technical nature on one hand, and customer and partner interaction on the other hand. With time, the Support Engineer will be personally responsible for the technical status of a group of customers. The job requires the ability to work effectively on many multiple tasks (occasionally at high stress) and to have very good knowledge of ClickSoftware’s products and associated infrastructural technologies.
